Locate: Kvíar at Jökulfirdir Iceland.
City: Ísafjörður is the closest town.
Comment: In this area there is no running water in the houses there for people take the water from the nerest stream no matter were that stream is. In this case down by the ocean under the thick snow that might fall at any time.
