Comment: As a law, grownup dogs are chained in Ilulissat but their puppies can run around wild. This becomes a problem as the puppies get older and more curious. We saw many lost and uncared for puppies as well as mother dogs desperately trying to escape from their chains screaming for their lost puppies.
